    • How do I place my order for Contacts?

    • How do I order if I wear a different Contacts Brands in each eye?
    • Find your Contacts Brand product page for your (OD) Right Eye, then enter your Contacts Prescription information (on your boxes or on Doctors Contacts Prescription) and select the quantity of boxes you want to order for that eye. Click > ADD TO CART.

      Find your Contacts Brand product page for your (OS) Left Eye, then enter your Contacts Prescription information (on your boxes or Doctors Contacts Prescription) and select the quantity of boxes you want to order for that eye. Click > ADD TO CART

Contacts Prescription Questions

    • Do I need a Contacts Prescription to place an order?
    • Yes, you will need a Contacts Prescription to place an order for all contacts (including cosmetic colors with or without power).

      Why? The FDA regulates filling Contacts orders like a Medical Pharmacy requiring that ALL Contacts orders be verified to match a brand-specific Contacts Prescription or verified by Doctor Approval before shipping.

Contacts orders are shipped only after verified to match a brand-specific Contacts Prescription or by Doctor Approval (as required by the FDA). If the Contacts Prescription is not sent during the order, you may expedite by sending your Contacts Prescription (by smartphone or computer image) or we will request Doctor Approval (allow 48 hours for Doctor response).

    • Why is my order not always shipped immediately after payment?
    • Contacts orders are shipped only after verified to match a brand-specific Contacts Prescription Rx or by Doctor Approval (as required by FDA Federal Regulations).

      Contacts orders are shipped the same day if you upload, email or fax a verifiable Contacts Prescription on the same day of your order.

      If you were ordering a simple item from a catalog, then all orders would always ship immediately. However, you are ordering a product that can only be shipped after the Contacts Prescription is verified (as required by the FDA).

International Orders

    • What if my eye doctor is outside the United States?
