SHIPPING INFORMATION & OPTIONS

Lens Experts conatact lenses professionals and staff ship contact lenses direct to your home or office once your prescription is verified by Contacts Prescription Rx or Doctor Approval. Expedited shipping options are available for each order.  Choose the shipping method gives you the most convenience and value.

Once you are finished filling out your prescription information, the next step is to let us know where you would like your contact lenses sent. We are able to ship your contact lenses anywhere inside the United States. It typically takes 3-6 business days for your contacts to be delivered to your door using the normal default standard shipping option.

Tracking Delivery is available on demand. A "shipping business day" is Monday through Friday in which carriers normally delivery packages. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. We insure all packages for proper delivery and our Tracking Department will trace packages that are not delivered on demand.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

1. Sign up with MyUS.com & get a FREE USA address.
2. Use your MyUS.com shipping address when ordering online at LensExperts.com.  
3. Then submit an online shipping request to your MyUS.com account & your package will be forwarded to your international address.
