Contacts Return Policy

Contacts are eligible for return only within 90 days of purchase for unopened, unmarked & undamaged boxes or vials.

Contacts Return Instructions:

  1. Email & request a Contacts Return within 90 days of purchase.
  2. Include the Packing Slip in your return package with reasons for return.
  3. Merchandise returned as defective without the Packing Slip will not be accepted for return.
  4. Products received as damaged in transit while shipping must be shipped to Lens Experts within 1 business day of delivery date.


Packaging & Shipping Procedure

  • Place merchandise to be returned in a box and secure with packing material to prevent damage during transit. Credit will not be issued for damaged merchandise. Damaged merchandise will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Return merchandise using a carrier that provides a traceable shipping method to protect against loss, such as UPS, Certified Mail, Fed Ex or DHL.  Lens Experts is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Valid proof of delivery tracking is required.


Contacts Returns Inspection & Refunds

  • Once your return arrives, a returns specialist will inspect the shipment for accuracy and elibility.   Allow as much as 3 weeks from the return delivery date for a refund to be applied.
